Subcontractor in the field of acoustic and dry construction

for our projects in NRW

Work to be carried out:

  • Suspended ceilings, acoustic ceilings
  • wall cladding, stud frame ceilings
  • Room-in-room systems
  • Installation walls

Contract sizes from approx. 40,000 € to 700,000.00 €.

Requirements: several years of experience, reliability, performance, quality, complete documentation, valid company certificates, German-speaking contact persons.

Construction Manager/Project Manager Drywall/Interior Construction (m/f/d) 

for our location Xanten

Your tasks

Management and implementation of our demanding projects in the field of drywall and acoustic construction

  • Work preparation, construction supervision and site management of projects of different types and complexity
  • Project costing and management
  • Coordination and control of personnel and subcontractor deployment
  • Deadline, cost and quality control

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the building trade and further training as a technician or master craftsman and/or a degree in civil engineering
  • First professional experience as a site manager or project manager in the trades of dry construction, exhibition stand construction, shopfitting, carpentry work
  • Knowledge of the calculation and accounting software Merlin
